Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options (U.S. only)

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $49, otherwise $5.99.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $12.99 flat rate.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select items, calculated at checkout.

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

For hygienic reasons, pet beds, toys, and food/treats are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items
