Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options (U.S. only)

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $49, otherwise $5.99.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $12.99 flat rate.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available for select items, calculated at checkout.

Notes

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.


Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • For hygienic reasons, pet beds, toys, and food/treats are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Return

  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (shipping fee may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
